Our Take & Bake meals come to you fully assembled and are ready for their final bake in your home oven. These meals are rapidly frozen to preserve their freshness and maintain quality. Meals are offered in multiple portions (2-3 & 4-5 serving size options available) designed to serve family-style. Our frozen lineup includes our well loved entrees and heated sides, baking instructions, and disposable packaging for easy clean-up.
We also offer our small batch provisions to independent retailers for purchase, as well as direct from our Vintage Horse Trailer each Monday at Urban Athletic (lower lot) & at The Haywood Historic Farmer’s Market every Saturday beginning April 2026!

We strive to use the freshest ingredients for every production and build our menus around seasonality. We purchase as much as possible from independent farmer’s/vendors for the best, local ingredients.

Click the menu button and go to our “Order” page. Make your selections, checkout, and meet us for your pickup Monday at Urban Athletic (lower lot) on Radio Hill from 3:00-6:00pm in our adorable converted two-horse trailer.

Please specify any known allergies at checkout. We will notify you when your order is placed if there is a conflict with what we have on our menu and your specific needs.
In person interactions should always include allergy questions if someone in your household has an allergy. We will be happy to provide ingredient lists upon request prior to ordering at our Vintage Horse Trailer.
