Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Cream Sauce, Loaded Baked Potatoes, Oven Roasted Vegetables, & Pops' Rolls
Our Roasted Pork Tenderloin begins with Chad’s blend of pork rub seasonings sprinkled generously over the entire tenderloin. A quick, high-temp roast seals in all of the juices before we turn the oven down to roast slow. We are pairing this pork tenderloin with our irresistible Dijon Cream Sauce. The sauce has a kick of horseradish pepperiness (if that’s a word) and a nice dose of fresh cracked black pepper.
This week we are putting our Steakhouse Loaded Baked Potatoes with this meal because, everything is better with a baked potato - and ours can’t be missed! They start with roasting russet potatoes in the oven with olive oil and kosher salt. Once tender, we cool slightly and scoop out all of the fluffy potato. We whip the potatoes with a mixture of cream, buttermilk, sour cream, salted butter, Applewood smoked bacon slivers, cheddar cheese, and chives. This mixture gets spooned back into their peelings and topped with more cheddar cheese. These potatoes are destined to be baked in your home oven until perfectly melted and the peeling slightly crispy!
If you love roasted veggies, this twist on vegetables is for you! We take diced sweet potatoes, tri-colored bell peppers, and fresh brussels sprouts and roast on a sheet pan in the oven until perfectly tender. We then toss with a balsamic reduction which adds a bright kick of sweet & acidic flavor. Reheating is a breeze- pop in the microwave or on a roasting pan in your oven until warm.
No meal would be complete without bread (according to my dad). So, we are bringing the Pops’ Rolls to stick with our steakhouse theme! Pops Rolls are soft and pillow-y rolls made to melt in your mouth! Our Buttered Yeast Rolls dough gets rolled out and cut into squares and baked slightly spaced to create browning around each edge. They get brushed with melted-salty butter and packaged to be warmed in your oven. These come with our fresh-made Whipped Honey-Cinnamon Butter for the over-the-top ness!
