We are taking this TV Dinner inspired dish to all new heights by packing it with tons of flavor and texture! Our Salisbury Steak is made using ground Angus chuck, a seasoning blend, egg, and breadcrumbs then formed into patties and seared over high heat in a cast iron skillet to create the ideal exterior. We then use the pan drippings to sauté onions & mushrooms and make a rich, brown gravy. The Salisbury Steak spends time simmering in the gravy. Once ready, we flash chill and package to be baked in your home oven.
